The Point’s rental programme will maximize rental revenue for owners by renting residences as often as possible and at the highest rate that the rental market allows. Our rental programme is backed by a committed team of sales and marketing professionals dedicated to managing owner rentals. Owners have the option of balancing the use of their residence and rental or leaving time slots available for their personal use.
